Macomb Market Update – February 2019

  • 5 acres of paved, gated and fenced yard space in Marysville, MI.  $2,000/month lease or for sale for $200,000.  Zoned industrial, heavy trucks wont be a problem.
  • Convenience Store with residential house: Price: $225,000, all real estate, liquor license, house, inventory, pizza ovens, wall in cooler included.  $330,000 2018 sales.
