Macomb Market Update – March 2019

We saw a sharp drop in the vacancy rate of industrial building’s Macomb month over month.  The market is very tight with only 1.2 percent of buildings being vacant, lease and sale rates are continuing to climb.

Very interesting article below from Macomb County Planning and Economic Development.  It was announced in that Macomb county created the more new manufacturing jobs than anywhere else in the county.  Great news for the area.
